Return Policy
Every product we sell is covered by our 30 day money back guarantee. You have 30 days to return any item from the day you receive the item. A 15% restocking and inspection fee plus the original freight charges if it was shipped “free shipping” for all returned items. Any product returned Must be in Like New Condition and contain everything it came with including the original packing slip. Any merchandise returned that is deemed to not be in shape to resell as new will incur a restocking fee to be determined by Hitches & Couplers, Inc., we will contact you prior to your refund so you will have a chance to okay the refund or keep the merchandise. We will be as fair as possible.
Please call 417-858-0537 for a RGA (returned goods authorization) number before returning any merchandise. Please clearly mark the RGA number on the outside of the box or boxes being returned. Please ship to:
